Harrisonville Office

On March 21st, we began seeing our Harrisonville outreach area patients at Cass Medical Center's newly opened medical building attached to the hospital. The Address is 2820 East Rock Haven Rd., Harrisonville, MO 64701. We will continue to see our nephrology patients on Mondays – same as before – the difference will be that this is now our "office". Patients will no longer be charged a fee from both the facility and from their physician. It will all be combined under your physician billing. This should reduce the coinsurance/copayment amounts many of you have been paying!

Dr. Golder and Dr. Siva will still be your physicians and we are proud to introduce a member of our own staff, Ms. Lorraine Hills, C.N.A. Lorraine is Midwest Nephrology's Assistant Clinical Coordinator and will be assisting both Dr. Golder and Dr. Siva in clinic on Mondays. Lorraine looks forward to meeting all of you and taking care of you at the new office. Ms. Stacey Francy will be calling you to remind you of your appointments and will be greeting you at the front desk. Stacey is also a medical assistant.

Some additional information/changes you will find necessary to have will be:

• Midwest Nephrology will be collecting new information directly from you at your visits
• You will be billed directly by Midwest Nephrology – Cass Memorial will no longer be billing you for services
• You may continue to access all ancillary services at Cass Memorial, i.e., lab, x-ray, etc., or you may choose to utilize those services as directed by your insurance carrier.
• Appointments for future visits will made through a recall to you. Someone from Midwest Nephrology will contact you closer to the time of your recommended follow up appointment and that appointment will be scheduled by Midwest Nephrology staff.
• Questions should no longer be directed to Cass Medical Center – they should come directly to Midwest Nephrology Consultants, P.A., at 816 276-1700.
• We are in the process of implementing our Electronic Health Record System at our Harrisonville office. Please bear with us until then!
